Drafted 51st overall in the 2019 Draft by the Boston Celtics, the point guard played only about thirty games in two NBA seasons. Since leaving the Mets 92, Waters has alternated between the Puerto Rican and Chinese leagues, where he averaged between 14 and 20.8 points per game. Asvel thus adds a scorer to a roster that seems increasingly built to be competitive in the EuroLeague.
